Pavement Counters

Concrete Counters are in. If you can believe it, they are even more expensive than granite countertops! And I suppose you can see why when they have the potential to look like this:

Unfortunately, ours look more like a sidewalk through our kitchen.

We are hoping to make do with the kitchen for a couple years before doing a complete remodel. After watching multiple Kitchen Renovations episodes (DIY Channel), we've come to the conclusion that a kitchen remodel will cost us at least $10,000, which we won't be able to afford until after I've graduated and worked a couple years. Lets be real here.

So in the meantime, we are turning to creative masterminds Donna Tanana and and Cynthia Davis to help us out on how to turn our drab pavement into fab countertops. If anyone can do it, these two ladies can!
