Mikes did a lot of work on the house while I was gone, it gets better every day! I'm excited to be back, but I had a great time in Maryland. So I decided to write an Ode to Maryland. Here it goes:
O' Maryland, your beaches are gross,
but filled with yummy crabs.
I love your summer nights,
lit up with sparkling fireflies.
While I will not miss the 100% humidity
or the constant traffic on I-495,
I will miss the color green
and my friends and family who remain
in the great state of Maryland.

I sure like Maryland too- miss it like crazy and have no excuse to go back right now.
