This week in the Tanana abode

We are a very busy family these days.

Astro is in charge of security. He keeps the house free of predators, this includes grasshoppers. You should see what happened to the last guy that tried to sneak in through the back door. Not pretty...

Surprisingly, I have been doing slightly more cooking than the previous two years. I recently made quiche and tacos. Yum. I have also been contemplating the fire place room. Perhaps I will attempt some creative work on it this weekend. We'll see... I also have a memo to finish for my clinic...

Mikes continues work on the guest room. On our walk home from the dog park today, I told him we should expect a scholarship check within the next week. He immediately responded that he would order the remaining dry wall to finish the guest room. Who knows what could happen this weekend in the basement.
