Safety First

We care a lot about safety in this house. That's why when Mike's wonderful Grandma sent some money our way, we didn't mess around. We used it to buy a carbon monoxide detector.

With flu season just around the corner, we are also taking precautions by keeping astro bundled up in his sweatshirts. I'm looking to add to his wardrobe. Let me know if you spot anything astro worthy.



Finally, we solved the electrocution mystery. Mike wins one (we were actually being electrocuted, not simply shocked by static) and I win one (our dryer was not defective). I don't understand all this electrical mumbo-jumbo stuff, but basically the outlet was wired wrong.

Good thing we got a new dryer that is fancy enough to know what the correct voltage should be rather than running on a crazy outlet and electrocuting us.
