It's Official

We're having a baby girl!!

Honestly, I thought it might be a boy, but not because I had dreams about a boy or a gut feeling. Really it was just because my two sisters had boys first and Mikes comes from a family of all boys.

But nope, a girl it is! It was really neat to see her moving around this morning, we even saw her sucking her thumb (bottom left picture).

And of course here are her little feet that always kick me in the bladder.

A girl presents much more exciting options for nursery decorating. Looks like the basement dig out will start the weekend of Feb. 18th so it'll be a while before we finalize nursery plans (the entire basement would need to be finished before Mikes moves his office), but exciting nonetheless!
