Man oh man. I am shedding like crazy. Why you ask? Let me tell you...
Apparently, during pregnancy, the increased estrogen levels froze my hair in the growing/resting phase. So, hair that normally would fall out stayed put. Now that my estrogen levels are declining post partum, all that resting hair is falling out.
This is incredibly sad because after many years of hard work, my hair is finally long again and I really want to keep it long. Cross your fingers that the shedding stops soon, otherwise I may have to go for a short do in the new year...
On another note, poor S has a baby cold and has been waking up a couple times a night. It's back to the newborn days. Ok, maybe not that bad, but I hope she recovers soon!

my hair's falling out too! although, I had too much to begin with...it's more just startling and annoying when I shower! My mom said she ended up with a bald spot after me--yikes!
