Halloween

I had big plans for S' costume this year...but of course totally procrastinated and ended up having to scramble around for something in the end.  Part of the problem was that a mediation I thought would finish at 1pm went until 9pm.  Thankfully my wonderful bosses let me go home early at 6:30pm.

So I rushed home, rummaged through S' costume and pulled out her little ballerina outfit.

Usually when we go on walks, S wants to walk up the stairs to people's houses.  At first she was a little confused that we were encouraging her to go up the stairs and knock on random doors, but after a couple houses, she got the hang of things.  She especially loved running down the sidewalk on her own to the next house.

I couldn't find my camera, so unfortunately these are the best shots we've got.

In honor of Halloween, we let her have her very first piece of candy.  Yum Yum.
