I Carry your Heart with Me

Today is our 2 year anniversary! But honestly, it feels like we've been married much longer. I can't remember when our last argument was, or what it was about. But I remember how he took care of me the last time I was sick and goes to work everyday so that I can pursue two degrees (even though we all know I actually don't like working).

I love that he knows all my faults and still loves me. That he doesn't mind me leaving used Kleenexes around the house and makes up for my lack of cooking.

I've learned to leave him alone when he naps and to wait an hour after he showers for the hot water to return. And I've stopped asking him if he likes bananas.

Best of all, I look forward to many more years to come. Who would've thought things could be so perfect? I'm glad we hung in there.
