I rarely complain about my allergies. Mainly because I know Mikes will just tell me to take my drugs. However, being a forgetful person, it is impossible for me to take a pill every single day without messing up (how in the world am I not pregnant??). And I have to not mess up in order for the allergy meds to really work . So I forgo the allergy meds and deal with a little sneezing and runny nose every so often.
It's only on those rare occasions when I actually get very congested and end up with sinus headaches that I wished I had taken my meds. This week has been one of those times. I especially hate it because my nose gets red and I feel really frumpy.
I was feeling particularly uncute and frumpy today when a package arrived and cheered me up: the orange Jcrew sweater! So I downed some tea to sooth my sore throat and decided to put myself together for a photo. Hooray! Big thanks to D&D for helping me pull together the perfect outfit for Ems wedding.

Heather, try the sinus rinse: 1 part baking soda, 1 part sea salt and water... in a neti pot or little nasal spray bottle at drugstores -- clears sinus like no other. and natural (dont use the saline spray)
it does wonders.. neil med or something like that...
