After the kiddo came out we were getting ready to pass out for the night. But the nurses had other plans. Whereas 2am is the middle of the night for the rest of us, it is like 10am in the morning for their shift. So they were giving the kid a bath, checking all sorts of crazy biometrics, asking Heather tons of questions. And all night they rolled in.
So, we're both bleary eyed today.
Well...those people weren't lying when they said having a kid is the end of full nights of sleep (basically forever).

What a beautiful picture! Hope they leave you alone so you get some sleep tonight! I remember that being so annoying about being in the hospital! I was like, go away already!!!! Can't wait to see you!
