Lately

Fall is my favorite season. I love wearing layers, sipping a cup of tea, and sitting in the hot tub on cooler nights. Unfortunately, this past week was freezing! We had to turn on the heat and S and I spent most of out week indoors, out of the freezing cold rain/snow.

Despite the poor weather, I have been pretty good about keeping up with my runs. I don't think Mike thought I would use the treadmill when I bought it, but I have definitely gotten a ton of use out of it! Emma has a ticket to fly out for the race, so there is no backing out now!! This weekend S and I managed to get in a nice 7 mile run. My body is a little achy, but i'm feeling good and confident I can finish the race, especially with Emma by my side. She is such a great athlete! If you have any good costume ideas, let us know...
