First ouchies
There's nothing sadder than the first time your baby gets hurts. Unfortunately, S had two head bonks recently. The first one happened the other week when she was still perfecting her stand up moves in the crib. After that incident, I switched the breathable bumper out for the pillow one. It has since saved her from more head bonks. But, the second incident occurred when I was in a rush and failed to make sure the stroller was locked down. The stroller collapsed with her in it and she face planted on the side walk. It was soooo awful! She didn't get hurt too badly and only cried for about a minute, but I felt so bad for her.

Just ask Mike about all the face ouchies (stitches) he endured without his parents being arrested.
whenever lucy bumps her head, Chris says, "You're okay! That's why God made heads so hard!" I can already picture her repeating it to a sibling someday, after being the one to cause the head bump! :)
Oh man, the first big owies are the worst!
