Baby and I were both doing well, so we were discharged yesterday afternoon. 
Its nice to be back home without having my vitals taken every hour. I managed to get a little more sleep between feedings last night, but I'm still in quite a bit of discomfort. I seriously walk around in my diaper panties with my top half-off. The nipple sensitivity is outrageous. Thank goodness Auntie Emma is here today to help me out - she has been a huge help!
This has all been a whirl wind experience, and a little overwhelming at times. Aside from my headband and baby's going home outfit, I used nothing from my hospital bag. I didn't even brush my teeth until we were going home.Mike is doing a little better than I am, although still sleep deprived. Astro loves our newest addition to the family. So long as he gets fed, he has no complaints. In fact, he's pretty stoked he gets fed at 6:30 am now.
