Full TERM!

What the what? I could go into labor today and the doctors wouldn't try to stop it?? I've had such a great pregnancy, I really shouldn't complain. But, everyday I get more and more uncomfortable. That is why I have begun Operation: Lets Get This Party Started.

I have read all sorts of internet lists on how to help encourage labor. Since it was on the internet, we know that these lists can be trusted. Although, Mikes says he's going to see if there are actually any studies out there on this whole jumpstarting business. Nonetheless, here we go:

1. Organic Pregnancy Tea
2. Evening Primrose Oil
3. Exercise
4. Sex
5. Spicy foods

sorry - no way I am downing castor oil

Since we've just entered full term, I'm not going to go too crazy... start out with a couple things on the list and add another one every week or so. we'll see! After all, we don't want her to come before I get the whole carseat issue figured out...

Robby came two weeks early - I was really achy that day so I think my body was getting ready for labor. We did have sex that afternoon, then I took a nap, woke up and was in labor. From that point to him being born was 6 hours. I'd say do the things on your list but baby won't come unless she's done baking in there! I hope it's soon though! My phone's by my bed at night and I'd be happy to get a call from you anytime!

Yes, stay away from Caster Oil. I've heard crazy stories about it! Good luck sister! Can't wait to get 'the call'!

Castor oil = meconium in the lungs = NICU. Good call not using it. Can't wait to meet the little lady!

If you're not sure if you're in labor or not, call me or one of us! Like being prego, there's just no way to really understand how it feels until you go through it. Seriously, you can call me anytime too!

Haha Heather!! I remember going out to Cali to visit to wait for Michael's birth!!! Donna tried EVERYTHING to get that baby moving, but nothing worked, he arrived late, and we were on our way back to airport to fly home to Massachusetts while Mikes was being born.
